Flax seed chia Rawnola 

 

Here is a super easy and fast rawnola recipe that is a great topping to your morning smoothie or just as a snack. Meadow loves it!

Ingredients:

1/2 cup of oatmeal (raw, uncooked)

8 medjool dates

1 tbsp golden flax seed

1 tbsp chia seeds

A handful of raw pumpkin seeds

In a blender, you pulse the oatmeal, dates, chia seeds, flax seeds into they resemble a crumble, place them in a bowl then incorporate the pumpkin seeds.

I love making rawnola because it takes no time and it’s so much healthier than actual granola. No sugar added and no baking involved, pretty awesome stuff. Enjoy!
